Huseyin Ali has over 25 years of hands on experience in the UK property market, working across residential, commercial, and development projects. Over the years, he’s built a strong track record for spotting opportunities others miss and turning them into profitable investments.
Alongside his property work, Huseyin is a fully qualified mortgage broker, giving him a deep understanding of how to structure deals and finance projects in the most efficient way. This combination of practical experience and financial knowledge has played a big part in his long term success.
In 2020, he set up Kyley Group Properties with a clear focus: to build a solid, results driven investment and development business. Since then, the company has grown steadily, sourcing strong off market deals and delivering high yield opportunities.
Huseyin takes a straightforward, hands on approach to everything he does, from acquisitions through to development and ongoing portfolio management. His focus remains the same: finding good deals, building strong partnerships, and creating long term value.
Arshai Abbasi
Head of Acquisitions
Arshai heads up acquisitions at Kyley Group Properties and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with agents, property owners and professional introducers.
He plays a central role in sourcing off-market opportunities and identifying properties with clear value-add potential, including planning uplift, refurbishment, reconfiguration, redevelopment and change of use.
Arshai works closely with the wider team to assess opportunities, negotiate terms and progress suitable acquisitions from initial introduction through to agreement. His strong relationship-led approach helps ensure Kyley Group Properties receives early access to opportunities across residential, commercial and development sectors.
Tao Lustigman
Acquisitions & Technology
Tao combines his background in IT with a strong understanding of property research and acquisitions to help identify and target new opportunities for Kyley Group Properties.
He plays a key role in developing smart, data led systems that allow the team to analyse property information, recognise patterns and focus on assets with genuine investment or development potential.
Working closely with the wider acquisitions team, Tao helps generate, organise and assess opportunities across residential, commercial and development sectors, ensuring each prospect is properly researched and presented for review.
Rich Rochfort
Acquisitions Assistant
Rich Rochfort plays a key role within Kyley Group Properties, leading on property acquisitions and vendor relations. With a strong understanding of the UK property market and a focus on identifying viable opportunities, Rich is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and securing deals that align with the company’s investment strategy.
Working closely with vendors, agents, and professional partners, he ensures that each transaction is handled efficiently and with a clear, straightforward approach. His ability to communicate effectively and manage the acquisition process from initial contact through to completion helps create smooth, reliable outcomes for all parties involved.
Rich represents the company in all acquisition correspondence, maintaining a professional and consistent point of contact for vendors. His role is central to building relationships, progressing opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
